I am using the right email and password, but I can't log in. I have sent a request for support, but was wondering if I will get any help on a holiday weekend. I have a lot of auctions I wanted to get scheduled to list tomorrow.

Email? Hmmmm....they don't use a full Email as userID, e.g.. my userID is dleckington, not dleckington@domainname.
Could that be the problem?
And, Yes, a Support Case might get a response on the weekend.

Double check your USERNAME and password. Then if that doesn't work, try clearing out your cache. I normally use AOL but sometimes I have to use Internet Explorer to use Auctiva when it acts up.
I can log in if I am on IE and I can read and post here in the Community. If I use FF I can use Auctiva for listing and read here but it will not let me post......I have asked before and no one knew why...I hope you get fast and a good response.
