This is the response from Auctiva support: "Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Auctiva website is under the routine maintenance due to which you might experience this issue. We are updating our site to remove the bugs and to add new features. This will certainly help our customers so they do not face any problems in the future. This process takes approximately 5 hours every Thursday night starting around 10:00PM PST (-8 GMT). But, it has been extended tonight for additional 3 hours."
This is latest email from Auctiva Support: "Thanks for following up with us regarding this matter. We are having a technical issue in our servers that was introduced while the Auctiva site was under routine database maintenance. Due to this reason, the maintenance is slightly extended tonight."

Our Engineers are diligently working to correct this issue as soon as possible but it is expected that the maintenance is will last for another two hours.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing and we appreciate your co-operation and patience in this regard.
