I've used two different computers, two different operating systems, three different browsers. I've cleared cache/cookies, etc. done everything recommended.

The best I can do is about 50/50 getting the description to show up or not. Doesn't matter if in standard or html. Saving sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Some people are getting it to work. Some are getting it to work part time. Some can't get it to work AT ALL.

Nobody had a problem with the way it was before the "update".

Please, please, please........ just put it back the way it was. Work out the bugs on your time on some other server, NOT on our time. We need to list.

Hi Community,

While we were receiving several reports of this nature between 9/3/08 and 9/5/08, the fix we pushed out the morning of 9/5/08 seems to have resolved this problem for just about all of the users that were previously experiencing it. Given that this problem is still an issue for you, I suspect you will be able to clear it up by clearing your cache and then closing and re-opening your browser.

If you are uncertain how to clear your cache, or you continue to experience this problem after clearing your cache, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Mike -- In my Service Request, I explained to you that many of us don't have state-of-the-art systems or the same speed Internet connections that you have in California. Your form reply was to "try again." Well, I did last evening. Loading about 135 images took nearly 45 minutes, whereas it used to take about 2 minutes, and my computer system could do little else while your new lister was working. That was using Explorer. When I tried to used Firefox, all I got was the JAVA logo and nothing else, leaving me unable to list at all with Firefox. Why can't users like myself, who had had efficient, satisfactory service in the past, continue to use the listers that provided that service? I have no need to see images when I'm uploading them. You should answer this question via my Service Request and here on the forum so others can better understand why you've stuck us with a tremendous downgrade. Or is Auctiva only for United States users with state-of-the-art systems and high speed Internet connections? So it would seem.
