Canadians -help with shipping/zip code?

I just made a listing for ebay canada, and I had the Canadian currency and shipping options available on my form...are you selecting Canada as the ebay site at the top of the page? If you are selecting Canada, and it still doesn't show Canadian shipping options, I would file a support ticket to have it checked out.

My templates are all for US Ebay, so I did a new one for Canada, and the shipping options were there as you suggested. However new invalids came up to do with weight, a valid shipping package and zip code, again. Do I have to be registered as a member on ebay.ca to list on Ebay Canada? I appreciate the help. I find it all a bit confusing.

I got the same problem. I enter grams for weight and get an error 'onces invalid' and whatever type of postal code or even zip code will not work. Get 'invalid zip code'
Any help would be grateful

I've had the same problem, First, your postal must go in correctly, use upper case and leave space between. The message with the "ounces" will go away if you change the currency on the item to canadian dollars and then change it back to US. I've been trying to get Auctiva help but they haven't gotten back yet so I've been playing around with it. I'm not sure what currency the shipping will be in? Also, most Ebay.ca users list in US dollars so that's our default. I think that's why the ounces is coming up. Hope this helps a little, but I'm waiting for answers before I 'll use it myself. But I can't wait for it!!!!

You were right about the postal code. As for the weight, if your package is 2kg 400 g then enter 3kg 0 grams and the shipping calculator uses the weight measure of 2kg-3kg.
Then all is good.
