Thanks for letting us know about this experience. We have een behavior similar to what you described in a couple different accounts and, while I cannot tell for sure whether you are being impacted by this problem without further testing, I believe that you are most likely running into this known issue with our site.

We have forwarded the details of the issue over to our development team so they can work on getting a fix for the issue planned for a future site update, but I am not sure when we will be able to resolve the issue at this point.

If you would like us to look into the issue further, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option. It would be helpful if you include the name of the folder in question and give us approval to try deleting it from our side of things.

If we are able to confirm that you are being impacted by the issue I alluded to, we will at least be able to notify you through this support case when the issue has been addressed or we can get an estimate of when that will happen.
