Ok last night and tonight i've tried posting auctions to ebay and cannot get it to work. It will let me create the whole listing but will not let me preview, save or post. I get the message not connected to the internet or something about the website having a problem. Does anyone know what this could be? Anyone else having this problem? Maybe you know how to fix this problem? HELP
I've never had this problem before.

yes, yes....IE 7 stinks....but then again, it works fine. LOL.

I've noticed that IE 7 has been quite "sketchy" in it's usefulness and on some days it will take FOREVER to load or will go to an error page...and that's with any site, mostly, that you're working on....

When this happens, just switch over to Mozilla Firefox, or another browser of your choice that you like, and use it for the day. You'll find that everything is actually working fine and IE 7 is the issue. I've had to do this today already and over the last few days.

9 out of 10 times, it's NOT auctiva, it IS the browser you're using. I've also switched from Mozilla back to IE 7 when web pages are giving me issues on Mozilla....the internet is a very sketchy animal these days and is reaking havic on all types of sites.

So, just switch your browser for now and you should be fine.

Cheers,

.....then move to another listing site! the community boards are for helping and answering questions....if you are just wanting to complain, FILE A REQUEST TICKET and get your problem resolved if you insist it is the site. or, you can leave! there are lots of sites out there, i've worked with them, and Auctiva IS the best one i've come across. i've complained too when i first started here, but i've "been on the other side" and it SUCKS! so i'm back and VERY appreciative of all the good stuff that is here that they offer for free.

i've had NO issues listing with auctiva in several, several weeks....and i'm a powerseller and all i do all day long is list to feebay, so i would definitely notice any *hiccups* or glitches with the site. any hour of the day, i'm logged on working....the only issues i've had, is my browsers. i've noticed that IE 7 has been going to error msg's a lot saying i'm not connected to the internet or some other excuse, but i have cable internet and i'm ALWAYS online, so i know that wasn't the issue. i switched over to mozilla, issue solved. when mozilla would mess up, i'd switch back to IE 7...

so, file your request ticket already, i was just trying to offer some help, sorry. sheesh!
Actually i got it working it was my browser IE 7 the new internet explorer 7 i restored my PC to a back date before the new microsoft updates and VOILA auctiva is working again. I do know what you mean about how slow Auctiva is on ebay's cheap posting days but you could always try creating them beforehand like i do and save them in auctiva and when ebay announces a cheap day, schedule them to list at a certain time that day. Works great if you don't list often or if your like me and prefer to do my listings only on the special ebay days to save money.

That's real helpful. I don't know who made you the Moderator of this board that can tell me to leave, but I have every right to express my frustrations when the same issue keeps happening over and over. I happen to have been looking for HELP with this matter, but COMPLAIN because there is none. If the only resolutions to this problem are to 1. switch browsers, 2. list ahead ebay busy times, or 3. try to get into site with other server addresses - btw, all of which you don't know you need to do until you've spent the time on a listing and it doesn't go through - then perhaps I do need to look for another listing service. BUT, that will be for me to decide...
