cant generate a token

i saw this and wanted to join but apparently when i go to generate an ebay token it says this ebay user id already exists and they cant do it, all i did beofore was register with the auctivia showcase and no idea why i cant get my token as i really want to try this site out as the templates look a damn site more professional

and i cant remember registering to use the showcase thanks ellen

Welcome to Auctiva! Since you are receiving that particular error message when trying to generate your token, your eBay username must already be associated with an existing Auctiva account.
