For an auction that didn't sell, is there any way to get back into the listing to change some of the pictures and description, before 're-listing' that item?
Hi papa G. The only way I know is to go into the saved listing and get it like you want, then save it. Copy the HTML from the icon in the saved listings column.
Then relist through eBay and paste the HTML into the description box. There may be another way but I don't know it if there is.
The problem is that the listing you want to 'relist' is held on eBay not Auctiva, you just issue a command to relist (scheduled or instantly) via Auctiva to eBay.
However if you relist directly via eBay I believe you can edit various aspects of the listing before submission, such a long time since I have done that.
