changes in active listings

This is an old problem of mine. I follow all of the steps but when I click get HTML no box pops up (I allow pop ups from Auctiva)the only thing that happens is the page refreshes. I have tried over and over again. Please help!! i recently had to pull 2 listings as I mixed the pics up and could not fix it!

Hi Karen,

Since you have disabled the pop up blocker on your browser, there must be another pop up blocker on your system that is preventing the "Get HTML" pop up window from being displayed. If you have any 3rd party toolbars installed on your browser, they most likely contain the culprit toolbar.
