Changing Auctiva Store Settings For Ebay?

I currently have an auction going on Ebay with bids. Yesterday i changed my Ebay membership name but i see my Auctiva store name is still displaying my old Ebay membership name on my auction.

I do not want to cause any confusion for bidders or lose bids.

Is there a way i can change my Auctiva membership name so it displays my new Ebay membership name on my ads?

Is there a way i can change remove or shut off Auctivas store from my current Ebay auction?

Under the tab MY ACCOUNT there should be a place to click that says "ebay settings", try getting a new token this should update any changes you made to your account.

If you shut off the Store Window it will not affect your current listings, in order to remove them you would need to revise each listing.

If getting a new token doesn't update your account with Auctiva you could try and file a support case and maybe they can do it for you

I was able to change text and colors by going to Auctiva store and store window.

There you can change look of your store in your Ebay auctions.

It said text should change in 2 hours but color changes will not effect this auction.

So we shall see if that helped.

Ill try your ideas later if not though.
