Changing User Name?

I'm going to be changing my eBay user name soon and I want to ensure that there are no glitches, as I list all of my items through Auctiva unless you are down at the time I'm listing. Do I change it with eBay first, then Auctiva, or vice versa? Please advise!

Hi barpren,

You will need to change your username in eBay prior to updating that information in Auctiva.

Once you have changed your eBay username, you will need to generate a new token for your Auctiva account at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings, by clicking the "Get New Token" link.

Hi:
After getting a new token, is there any down time or am I able to immediately log on? I have several dozen things listed at any given time and just want to ensure that I'll have access to everything from the old user name to the new! Thanks again!
