I just realized that I've been getting charged for insurance through Auctiva while I'm also paying for Insurance through USPS. I just now changed my setting to disable Auctiva insurance...but it royally sucks to just find out I'm getting billed for Auctiva Insurance when I'm also paying for USPS insurance.

I may be able to save a whopping 20 cents on insurance going through Auctiva....but the hassles of bouncing back and forth between Auctiva and Paypal just to confirm the insurance is definitely not worth all the hassles.

Now, I'm beginning to wonder just how many times I've paid twice to insure the same packages (Once from USPS and then again by Auctiva.

This royally sucks!

Hi dcsbodyjewelry,

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding this issue. As it sounds like you've already figured out, when you insure your shipments through Auctiva, there is no need to purchase additional insurance for those packages through USPS. If you purchased any insurance policies this month that we have not already paid our insurance provider for, we may be able to cancel those for you and remove the associated charges from your account though.

If you did purchase any Auctiva insurance policies during the month of July for which you also purchased insurance through USPS, please let us know by contacting our customer support team and we'll see what we can do to help you out there.

You can reach our customer support team by completing the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/free-au...tware-help/help.aspx
