closed (unsold) ebay listings not showing in closed listings

I have auctions that close without a sale on ebay but do not show up under auctiva closed listings filter - how can I relist them?

It's a glitch within Auctiva. Email their customer support and tell them the item #'s, they will run a script to get the unsold listings into your closed section so they can auto-relist.

This happened to us earlier this week.

Hi- quick question.. are these listings 30 days or over. IF so there is little drop down on right side that says LISTINGS FROM and box next to it. It is automatically on 30 days. You can change that to all listing.. it will show them all.
