Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our engineers are currently looking into this issue but as of yet, I have no ETA on a fix. It is not yet clear where the cause of the issue lies, but I will update this thread as soon as any new information regarding this issue becomes available.

We are currently in the process of updating the Auctiva.com website servers with the fix for this issue. Again we apologize for the issue, but we always want to make sure we go through our normal software quality process to ensure the issue is resolved. Your Support case will be updated as soon as the Auctiva.com website software has been fully rolled out.
