Combining Listings with Store

Hi Greg - The Auctiva store is simply a display, or gallery, of your active listings. Once you post your listing(s) to ebay, they will automatically appear in the store at that time.

It is a shame that such a good product/service is spoilt by poor documentation. Not just my enquiry, but others, one in particular about Ebay listing disappearing when Activa is installed. I am very new to Activa and no doubt will find other points not covered by good documentation; I had to redo my profiles several times because of not either seeing some prompts or other point of information because I had done things in the wrong order.

I am sure it will all come right in the end

I agree they really need more detailed explanations. The learning curve sure takes a while on Auctiva. I would have gave up if it wasn't for all the wonderful help available from posters on this board but a lot of time has to be spent searching for the answers that should be covered better in some kind od instructions.

Once you get things smoothed out and going, it gets a lot easier and faster. I love using Auctiva and am glad I took all the time getting everything like I wanted it. I still have things I want to try but have to wait til I have the time to spare to search the posts more since the instructions are not inclusive enough.

Hang in there. Its worth it!
