I had a break and came back to listing and selling. I love the new templates. Thank you so much. I do seem to have a bit of a problem with text in my ads. I will have one line of the color I select and no matter what - it reverts back to black in all the other lines. can you tell me how to fix this. Thanks Newbet

I am not having this problem, colors are working fine for me...I suggest filing a support request, help button top of page.

Hi, I see this is from a month ago, but I've just started listing with Auctiva. I think I had the same problem.
Are you talking about reverting to black as you're writing your text? If so, the only way I've been able to get around it is to keep typing in the same paragraph and then hitting enter to force the line into a new paragraph.
It doesn't always happen, so I don't know what triggers it, but that's how I work around it.
