I have created and edited several times a shipping profile that indicates that I will ship worldwide. I also select the radio button under International for Calculated shipping. After I save the profile and then open it again, it has reverted to Will Not Ship International. I have also created new shipping profiles wherein I have selected that I will ship Worldwide via calculated shipping. That also reverts to Will Not Ship International. How can I get my shipping profile to retain my desired selections?

Hi Lenny,

Thanks for letting us know about this. The behavior you have described is actually occurring due to a known bug in our system that is on our "to do" list of things that need to be fixed. At this point, it seems likely we'll be able to get this issue resolved with our upcoming site update in mid-January.

In the mean time, if you select at least one international shipping service from the shipping service drop-down menu(s) in your shipping profile, your settings should save properly. It just reverts to "I Will Not Ship International" when no shipping services are selected.

Hi Mike,
Well it's two months later after your post and The International Shipping is still not sticking. I have to put it in each and everytime I list.
It's a total pain!!!!

Also, it doesn't transfer to Ebay in the way it should. I put in all the handling fees and Calculated shipping and what comes out the other end is "Contact seller for International shipping amount".!!! I put the information there for a reason!!! When will this be getting fixed!!!
