Hi - thank you for the suggestions - I tried them and the Sellathon is on and the error check comes up with no errors. This has been going on for a long time - I will try writing Support again. I don't think they understand how important it is for sellers to know if there is interest to make decisions on relisting, etc. Again, thanks for trying to help fix.

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. There was a period of a few days last week during which we were experiencing a technical problem that was causing the Sellathon counters not to be added to some listings that they were selected for. That problem was resolved last Friday so any listings posted after that should have had the counters added to them automatically.

If you posted items while that problem was ongoing and they still don't have the counters in them, our support team should be able to run a command on your account to get those counters added to your auctions.
