I guess every new person needs to ask a few of these questions...

If I list with Auctiva and I elect not to choose the Sellathon counter, will I have any counter in my eBay auctions (meaning will I at least get the free eBay counter)?

If I want to use the free Sellathon counter, is there a way to get a different design? (My wife does not like the "little" numbers that show up on that one).

If the answer is no to both of those questions, then what advice is there for me if I want a larger size counter that automatically shows up in my listings? (Note: I'm not afraid of HTML)

Thx
Mike

Hi Mike -

Your counter choices are:

If you choose not to use the free Sellathon counter, you have the choice of any other counter in the world you would like to use. You just need to get the html for that counter and you can paste that code into the html version of the description editor and the counter will be displayed in the listing.

That design is the only one Sellathon offers through us, and the eBay counter does not appear on your listings unless you get the html and place it there following the directions above.

Hope that helps! Smile

sellathon has a higher # then the ebay counter

why are the #'s different?

counters are how many people have visted that page right?
should be the same, not?

i discoverd this by copy/pasting a auctiva listing from store-item when it ended copying the html source & pasting it in a european ( ebay.nl ) store-item

the sellathon counter stayed and was resetted at 0 again & the ebaycounter i added ( so had 2 counters actually on that page ) yet they differ, while they should be the same, why is that?
