Counters NOT Viewable- Repeat Post Since No Answer

Please help- I posted this on 11/17 & there is NO response yet...
My free trial to Sellathon expired & I listed new items on Ebay & the Sellathon counter is gone. When I click the Sellathon box, it takes me to Sellathon, which tells me I'm expired.... Don't I still have access to the counters? I thought we still had access to the free Sellathon counters as part of Auctiva, but the only way I found to view counts now is having to go into Auctiva & go to active listings- more steps than I think it should be. I thought we could still view the counter on our auction postings, just not the details if we don't sign up & pay Sellathon for the detailed info. Help!

It appears that Sellathon may have made a change & if you don't subscribe/pay for their service, once your "free trial" expires you have to go thru Auctiva's "active listings" to view page hits. That is not something I want to do- I want to view counts ON the auction posting itself.

Here's what I'm doing in the interim.... I've gone in thru Ebay & changed my auctions so they include the Andale counters. Until I figure out HOW to resolve this thru Sellathon (they want my logon before I can contact support, but since my free account expired, I no longer HAVE a recognizable log-on with Sellathon! I have no idea why someone else CAN view my Sellathon counters, but I can't, except going thru Auctiva & viewing active listings. It makes NO sense to me. I would love to get Sellathon in the loop, but it will have to wait until AFTER the holiday, unless Auctiva Support (please!) can help me figure out HOW to contact Sellathon...

I had the same exact thing happen to me when I tried to look at the counter (I tried a few a week or so ago and haven't tried again since). Also the same thing about the login when I tried to find out from Sellathon.

Thanks for trying to help, but we all understand we're not entitled to the detailed Sellathon info if we don't pay after the "Free Trial" ends. What we're discussing is the fact that just the plain, simple Sellathon counters are not even viewable. We can't even seen the page hit numbers, unless we go to Auctiva & view the active listings. My original point remains that I thought- as did many others- that we could still view the Sellathon basic counter on the posting itself. But that is apparently not how it's working ...
