Hi all, newbie here, have just found Auctiva and am tentatively trying to move all my listings over here from my Ebay shop. I have successfully created my first listing but have now come unstuck because when I go to 'create a similar listing the drop down box only offers me 5 of my existing Ebay listings and not the other 25 that I have. The same is true when I look in 'saved listings'. The item I want to load up isn't shown in either. I don't want to create it again from scatch if I can help it. What do I do?
The other thing I've notice is that the 'film strip' is up and running on all my listings but most of the images just come up as 'image loading' even if you watch it for several minutes, which is not much good! Any ideas on that one?
Thank you
Karen

Hi Karen,

Welcome to Auctiva! I just reviewed your account and found that the reason many of your store window images are not loading is because the Auctiva store/store window images for these listings were not created when they were imported into your Auctiva account, which typically happens automatically. I have just initiated a command to create these missing images and you should be able to see the results within about 30 minutes.

Your active listings do not necessarily show up on the "Create from Similar" list and on your saved listings page. We just create saved listings based on 5 of your imported listings upon sign up. Once your listings close, they will be displayed within your Auctiva account on your Closed Listings page. From there, you can created saved listings from your closed listings by checking the boxes next to the desired listings, and clicking the "Import Listings" button. Once you have done that, the selected listings will appear in your saved listings folder within several minutes, from where you will be able to easily edit and/or repost these listings.

Hi kasles,

Once you auctions expire, they will typically be imported to your Closed Listings page within about 4-6 hours, however, if you ended the listing manually, it can take significantly longer. If you ended this item manually, can you please file a support request regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

Our support staff will be able to expedite this process for you.

Hi kasles,

This can be accomplished, however, it is a fairly cumbersome process. In order to apply Auctiva templates to your current eBay listings, please proceed with the following steps:

1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva.
2) Once you have finished, click the "Save" button.
3) Return to your Saved Listings page, check the box next to the item, and click the "Get HTML" button.
4) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
5) Go to the item that is active on eBay and click "Revise Item" then "Edit Description"
6) Click the "Enter Your Own HTML" tab above the description editor.
7) Delete the html that is already there and then paste the copied html in its place and save you changes.

I hope this information proves useful.

-Mike
