I have made a custom email that should be sent to the winning bidder after the auction closes. However, I do not receive confirmation of any kind that the customer did receive my custom email. All I can see in my email inbox is the standard invoice that Auctiva sends out to winning bidders.

I would like a confirmation note in my Auctiva account or a confirmation email sent to me explaining that the customer did indeed receive the custom email.

If this feature is already available, please teach me how to activate it.

On the create/edit email template page, directly below the row of Save/Clear/Preview/Send Test Email/Cancel buttons, is a checkbox labeled "CC yourself this email". If you check this box, and hit the Save button, then whenever an email using that template is sent to your customer, you will also receive a copy of the email, so you know one was sent.
