Possible to send a custom email to buyers after they've left you feedback?

While Auctiva does offer some custom emails you can send to you buyers, many of which do have automated triggers, the Auto Feedback tool we offer is the only tool which responds to feedback.
You can enable Auto Feedback from the Feedback option from the My Account menu of your account.
You can see more about the available custom emails and the types available by selecting Manage or Create New from the Custom Email section from the Sales menu.

There are pre-designed custom emails available for various purposes, and you can create your own as well. These emails can be triggered by specific events, such as a purchase or a shipping update. space waves

If you mean trigger an email, no, the Auto Feedback tool does not trigger emails and there are no email templates for an email from feedback related causes.
Auto Feedback can be used to leave feedback on eBay either when payment is received or when you mark an order as shipped. You can set a default message for when this occurs which is what gets sent to eBay.
