I have saved a custome template and everything is working fine except for one small problem. I have green spacer bars to separate the sections on my template that are not displaying when I put them in the Auctiva system. For reference you can check out my About Me page to see how they should look: http://members.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&u...original_new_england I checked the html and for some reason the Auctiva system keeps overwriting and replacing my image code. Please help as I want my template to display as it was designed to. Thank you to whomever provides assistance with this issue.

Hello OriginalNewEngland,

I went in and looked at your custom templates and indeed the images your are talking about have been replaced by the editor we use to create these templates. I went in and edited your "All Jazz" template, put back the code for one of your green seperator strips, then saved and previewed the template and that worked. One thing to note, I did not switch from "Text Mode" over to "Design Editor", this function may be the culprit. I noticed that in your code for your "About Me" page the lines of code that were replaced had some in line CSS styles applied and I think this is what is signally to the editor to change that code, I do not know for sure but I have reported the issue.

May I ask you to fill out a "Support Ticket" so that we can have a reference to this case on file. This will help us resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.
