Customer feedback scores don't show up on sales page

When i look at the sales page, all customer feedback is at 0. I like to know what the feedback is because it gives me an idea of those items that might not be paid for.

I know I can go to ebay but shouldn't the score show up on the sales tab?

I thought the same thing but I think those numbers are how many items the buyer has purchased from you? At least that's what it seemed like to me as I had a lot of new buyers with a O and then some of my repeats did have numbers.
