This is the first time change I have been through since using Auctiva. The listings that I have scheduled to start this evening, all the start times have changed? 1 hour later than I had them to post. Do I need to manually reschedule the post time? What aout the items I am currently scheduleing to post tonight, what time do I schedule these for? Any help would be great. any old timers still out there?

I think that's enough info for the programmers to check.

Things were fine last year so it must have something to do with our new feature that lets you set your local time zone.

I'm fairly sure all our servers are set to the correct time. It looks like when the program puts them into the database that is when the time is getting off.

What you can probably do for now is change your time zone in your settings on the my account page back 1 hour. Then just keep watching each time you schedule because once we fix the bug you'll need to change it back.

different details here (I'm on eastern time) but same result - everything went off an hour earlier than scheduled. 10:00 pm is 10Razzm, NOT 9:00 pm. Fat lotta good scheduling is.
Hello,

If you have your Time Zone set and the feature to allow 60 minutes for Daylight Savings time enabled, now that we are back to Standard Time, you must disable the allow 60 minutes for DST.

After logging into Auctiva, click on My Account -> Settings -> Under the Time Zone selection is the check box for DST. Remove the check or put 0 minutes for Daylight Savings Time.
you're right, it's not rocket science. And every piece of software, every computer, ebay, etc automatically changes when daylight savings time comes and goes - except, apparently, for Auctiva.

Auctions closing before people are home from work, or after they're in bed, is not good. We and many other sellers pick our times to post auctions intentionally, because we think those are the best times for our stuff to close - and not an hour earlier or later.
I dont understand why every listing that I scheduled to start on Sunday and the weeks following post times all advanced 1 hour. I noticed it early Sunday and edited them to start at the time I first choose and they started 1 hour early. What am I suppose to do with the other listings that I have scheduled to start on the next several weeks, they all still show 1 hour later than what I had scheduled them

Hi. Just to confuse matters further the UK also altered clocks recently and local time now equals GMT there. However auctiva GMT is 1 hour fast and as GMT never changes this an error not associated with changing clocks. No big deal as I don't think an hour here or there means a lot and living in Thailand which is GMT + 7 hours means I am in bed when my listings start/finish and I enjoy a lie in Smile

On a more positive note instead of having a moan I have to say that the last 5 days have been totally auctiva pain free for me so maybe all the downtime last week was put to good use. Touch wood long may it continue
