deleted listing on ebay, not in auctiva

Hello. I'm new here, as you will no doubt tell, but listed many times with ebay, so not new there. I scheduled listings last night, but only 1 went on, so will try to reschedule them again tonight. For some reason they timed out, and weren't able to get on ebay. The only problem was, I rescheduled the one item that did make it to ebay, so then I had 2 listings of the same item. I cancelled one of them, as I only have one of them to sell. That wasn't a problem, so when I go to myebay, it only shows one, but when you scroll down to the auctiva box where potential bidders can see all of my listings, they still see 2 of the same item. Would anyone be able to help me? I appreciate your efforts.

never mind, after a few hours, it seems to have disapeared on its own. don't know how or why, but it's gone. thanks anyway

Evie,

Sorry about your difficulties getting started. You've happened to come across a little bad luck with your first posts.

Our scheduling service got locked up for a bit last night and only people who set their "retry to post" time to at least 1 hour were able to get their listings posted during the 8pm hour last night. We fixed the issue somewhere around 9:30 I believe. Can't remember exactly when.

As for the "store window" in your listings... We update users approximately every 6 hours. At that point we should detect that one of your listings was cancelled and then the next time the items are loaded to display in your store window, it should only display active items.
