If I delete an image on Auctiva will it automatically disappear from my active listing?

I believe it will. Although if you had a gallery image, that won't go away as I think eBay hosts that thumbnail.

My gallery pic is good. I deleted all the unwanted images hours ago but they are still showing. My store window hasn't changed either.
I also did a price revision and my store window still shows the old price and the old picture. Are these just typical delays or are they problems? Just checking. It might confuse possible buyers.

It takes a bit for stuff to update. I think the listings are supposed to update every few hours and the Store Window every 6-8 hours (or do I have those backwards?).
As for the prices in the Store Window, you can pretty much count on those not being current.

I ended up having to go to ebay, edit description and then right click and cut to get rid of those images. Nothing like just jumping in and learning through trial and error eh? It didn't automatically work through Auctiva.

Hi Community,
You should be able to accomplish this by going to Auctiva -> Images(tab) -> Manage Images. Just check the boxes next to the images you want to delete and click "Delete".
Images that are flagged as deleted will be permanently deleted once they have been flagged as deleted for 7 days.
In order to delete the images immediately, click on the "View deleted Image" button and check the boxes next to the appropriate images and click "Delete Permanently". This should remove the images from your listings.
If this doesn't work, please file a support case and tell us this feature is not working correctly.

Yes Mike, I did that and it didn't work...that's why I posted here. Haven't filled out the ticket yet though. Didn't realize there was such a thing. I'll check that out.
