Description Field Missing

This is an ongoing problem with Audtiva. Don't waste your time with a trouble ticket. They will tell you it's your browser, which I doubt is the real issue. When this happens to me (somedays it does, some days it doesn't) you have to log off, shut down the browser (I use Firefox) , reopen it and log into Auctiva again. It is a pain, but that seems to work. If this was a browser problem it would happen all the time. You may also get a weird popup box (I forget what it says) about something not being found. Once you get that box, you have to log off Auctiva etc. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for the reply and the advice. I actually just decided to finish my listing without the correct description, post it and then immediately go into eBay and edit it with the correct information. Seems to be working so far. Since I couldn't even get on live chat, I had to figure something out! Thanks again!
