Description help for Newbie, please

Hi. I saved a few listings last night with descriptions. However, the descriptions don't show up on the preview. I've tried looking at the preview on 3 different computers and with 3 different browsers but no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Stelly,

I haven't heard of this particular issue before so you may want to file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and out support staff will assist you.

To check if the "Preview" button on the lister page is malfunctioning, you can go to Auctiva -> Listings -> Saved Listings, click the box next to your listing, and click "Preview" on that page. If that preview displays correctly, you can be confident your listing will post tio eBay as it should.

This is happening to me tonight too and it is not the first time. When I open my Saved Listing, the info is there, but it will not show up on a Preview so now I am afraid to post my auctions. I will try the suggestion , Mike.
