Description not showing up in preview

This is a total waste of time, I have had to wait a day or two for it to show up.. Any suggestions?
I might as well go through ebay direct, at least I will be able to complete the total listing.

I have not heard of this one nor have I experienced it in over 700 listings. It might be a Cache problem which you have to clear sometimes. You should put in a support ticket on it as I have not seen this.

What browser are you using and which version?

I am using Mozilla Firefox, latest version. I just checked my new listing that was scheduled to go on ebay and there is no description there. There was in the preview finally, so I thought it was safe, I guess I will have to cancel the listing. There is no way someone will buy it that way. I will try to cache. Thanks for the help.

I did put in support case and had a response. However, I did what it said to do, it still doesn't look right, now I have only one photo and no auctiva, but I do have a description that shows up! I guess I have to leave it alone as I have one bid. I changed the rest of my templates on my scheduled auctions. Hopefully this is taken care of.

The ebay #120498942530 I have bids, and they have found me so far. You can take a look if you like, I have changed the templet on my other listings. That seems to have been the problem.

I have had that happen too. I think the problem in my case was that I used a template with black background - of course the text should automatically be white, but it wasn't. So the description was actually there, it just couldn't be seen since it was black on black. What I did was to manually change the text to white while I was typing it in - difficult because you can't see what you're typing. But the listing came out OK.

Hi Mary,

Glad you figured it out. At times I forget that we are not all working on the same stuff. I have a custom designed template for Auc. and a Custom store on AucComm. I have used one free template 0n Auc. a while ago.

I will add this lesson to the clear the cache lesson before bang my head against the wall.
