Did I do something wrong?

I have an item listed for auction on eBay that requires $39.95 shipping in the U.S. and $159 shipping to the U.K. I specified on the Auctiva listing page $39.95 flat rate shipping to the U.S. and flat rate $159.95 shipping International, and I specified that I ship only to the US and the UK, and on the auctiva page everything looked correct. When I look at the eBay listing it shows that shipping is a flat $39.95. I don't want my international buyers to make it through checkout and only pay $39.95. Is there a discrepancy between Auctiva and some new eBay policy? Did I do something wrong? Do I need to cancel my listing?

I would try to do a Revise listing on eBay and correct the shipping amount for UK.

Not sure why it failed, but did you run the ERROR CHECK at bottom of lister page before you saved and submitted the listing? If not, try that and see if it gives any errors.

That is a high cost for shipping, but there are definitely items that would qualify for that high a rate. Works of art are an excellent example....crating a large painting, etc. If it's normal and reasonable for the item, it's not a policy violation (at least in my opinion).

Thanks Danno... As for the high shipping, it is an item that has a lot of weight to it, and my supplier (yes, the dreaded drop-shipper) charges me that amount. As for the listing problem, it's a noob thing. I didn't realize there is a drop-down button where I could change the view to "United Kingdom". When I did that, the correct charge showed up. Thanks again!
