Directing my website to my auctiva store

I was trying to have my website directed to my auctiva store, was following the direction and when I get to the step that says "Near the bottom of that box is a plus mark that says "Total DNS Control".
Click that plus mark.
6. The box expands showing 2 links. Choose the link that says "Total DNS Control"

My page is showing Total DNS: (Not hosted here)

It just says not hosted here after total dns, I purchased the name through godaddy and host is powweb....any help please

Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not really sure why you are seeing what you have described in your Go Daddy account, but I believe Go Daddy's support team would be able to help you with this. If you contact them and say "I would like the host records for www.yourdomain.com to point to 38.102.35.108 using a A record.", they should be able to help you out.
