I've been trying to find other discussion threads and information with regards to the problem of not being able to list auctions due to the error of a tax and tax rate.

I have been unable to list any items with the new eBay Canada due to this error and have been trying to adjust my settings with no luck.

Any ideas would be greatfully appreciated.

Did some playing too. Haven't tryed to list on ebay yet - are you trying to charge or not to charge?

They could fix it by maybe having a ----- line at the top of the list of PROVINCES (not states!!!)

I haven't selected to charge any tax but still am getting the error.

When I was playing with the settings I tried to select my ebay tax settings as 0% and check off the box that said to use Use your eBay sales tax table but unfortunately that was ineffective too.

I have also been trying to file a support request but the link is apparently down and I'm getting server errors

K, I did try the eBayTaxRate page too, didn't work!

They should disable the canada-site page until the errors are fixed. I dislike the 'state' references!
