Hi Steve,
Thanks for the swift reply.
Yes I know where to go to send the emails, but I have noticed that Auctiva does not allow you to send custom emails without losing one of the four default emails (i.e. Winning bidder, address request, payment reminder, insurance summary). The only way that I have found to do it is to create a custom email, which will then replace one of the aforementioned four default emails. You cannot have a custom email template as a stand alone function.
If anyone knows any different, I would appreciate your input.
