SmileHi solely,
I have to thank-you. It worked fine before when I pasted html. But this time somethingwent wrong. I just looked at it again, It does not show the ebay generated shipping options that are suppose to be under the description box. I had to go back and revise item to include them into the description a couple of days ago. I think it may have to do with the scrolling gallary because it usually does not show up in the description box. It is showing up there and is not functional. Can you help me with it? Were you able to see html code and the link i provided?
Well Whitewolf, it would help if I could read! lol
I didn't click on the link and just happened to find the right listing you're referring to up there. I have the html page opened now. Wink

Am I understanding correctly? You saved your listing, retrieved the html code and pasted it into ebay and then your shipping & payment profile info disappeared? And your scrolling gallery is in the description section somewhere but isn't working?

I don't see the scrolling gallery at all. I'll go see hang out in the html for a bit till I get cross-eyed lol, and try to find something.
Well, it looks like those are all you have. I think the PMs would be similar to my stuff, in that there is only one? What does he want you to do or did he say?

It's not like he paid you a fortune for them so why would he be out to get his money back. He got a heck of a deal, I'd think. I don't know what these go for but aren't they quite collectible?

I hope someone else will share their thoughts. How would you deal with it and keep the buyer happy without refunding? He should Not get a refund IMHO Smile
see? there I go with that reading problem again! I was on the next day from what you said. It couldn't be that simple, could it? lol

I'm sorry. I know it's not a laughing matter. I still don't see how it's possible when you put them in there together. It sure sounds like you're handling it very well. I couldn't have suggested it that well. Smile
Hi WhiteWolf Road that is a crazy situation you have here! It almost sounds as though your buyer is Feedback extorting you, since you left feedback for both transactions and he only left for one.
Document all of your emails to him. I would say to document the shipping weight but I see you used Priority Mail so probably did flat rate?
Possibly offer a refund on the "missing item" and see if that helps.
Hi Taz, No it could not be put in a flat rate box. But when I did shipping label for the combined shipment it actually came out to less than what he had paid for and I refunded him back 3.00 for overpayment. I have my combined shipping rule set to add the 2 weights together. When I put them both in the same box and weighed it it was not as much as adding the 2 seperate weights together. Do you know what I mean? I do have everything well documented. I keep a copy of everything relating to a sale.
I print out each order detail a copy of the shipping label which is the voided practice label and I print out completeed delivery confirmation from usps staple together and keep transactions information in a folder so it is handy and everything is right there. So when he contacted me I was able to go right to all the information right there no searching.
Hopefully he will contact me today and I can remind him of how the transaction went down. Cool
