Dollars instead of Pounds - Can't upload pics - can't select anything?

Hi, I am having same problem as you, was like it first thing this morning and I still can't download pictures or get rid of Canadian Dollar signs. The Auctiva site seems to have returned to its old format, seems they are having problems.

I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEMS - AUCTIVA ADVISE THAT ENGINEERS ARE WORKING ON IT, BUT NO ETA AT PRESENT.

I use IE8 and have read some of the other that suggest we change back to IE7 etc threads and have just downloaded IE7 instead and it's still the same problems .. So I would say that the browser we are using is not the issue here??

I did not have any problems using Auctiva with IE8 before Auctiva's updates.

looks like Poor Live Chat have gone into melt down .. Ha

Just before typing this thresd I checked the only scheduled listing I have which I made last week .. this now looks like it was drafted by The Early Learing Centre .. lol

Me too.Just a thought but if, as it seems, this is affecting .co.uk listings, shouldn't there be some sort of alert from Auctiva?

update..

Affer a lengthy Live Chat with Dan .. very helpful ..

he logged onto my account and he was able to draft up a dummy listing..

He suggested using Firefox3
I have done as was told and all looks OK

I have tried on a seperate PC to use Auctiva with IE8 and I can't get past the Dollar signs .. lol

I'm going to use firefox for Auciva until told it's safe to go back to IE8 (coz I prefer to use IE)
