Hi All,

I’ve got an issue with my Auctiva Store not associating with the domain address which I have set up forwarding on.

The domain is www.juicyjools.co.uk and I get the same error message each time..
“Your domain is currently directing to Auctiva but is not yet associated with your Auctiva account. After purchasing a domain from Auctiva or setting your personal domain to point to storefilter.auctiva.com, please allow 24 hours to pass. If you are still having problems after 24 hours, please file a support case.”
I’ve already left it a week for the DNS updates and double checked the IP address the domain is forwarding to and everything appears to be in place.
The only potential Banana skin I can see is that the domain host has included their header on the page and I wonder if this or the way the page is being re-directed is causing a problem with Auctiva picking up which store should be associated with that domain.
Any help or suggestions appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. I've contacted Auctiva and I'm awaiting a response from my support case. InitiallyI got the reply that it's due to the DNS not updating but its been obver one week now so I suspect it's something to do with my domain (www.juicyjools.co.uk) and where the forwarding is coming from.

I suspect as UK2.net (my domain name host)do not host space and charge for forwarding their free service that I'm actually using is in fact coming a domain other than www.juicyjools.co.uk hence why it is not associating with my Auctiva store.

Appreciate if anyone has any suggestions how to check this or where to go.
