I'm having the same problem. Have had since I started using auctiva around 3 weeks ago. The info in auctiva is never right. Have to go directly to e-bay to see what's happening with my auctions. What use is it to us if it's never correct???.... might as well not be there!.... I don't mind waiting for an update but it should be accurate at least MOST of the time. Smile

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. We have received some reports that information such as bids and price aren't updating on the Active Listings page promptly for some users and our engineering team is looking into those cases, but it's difficult to tell whether those posting to this thread are being affected by that specific issue.

If you continue to experience this problem, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Be sure to indicate that it has already been longer than the expected update interval when reporting this problem, or you will likely just receive a response explaining the schedule that information is updated in accordance with.
