Same problem here - had hundreds of items - they said they were processing....then posting to Ebay - then they errored out and said "Not Listed In Time".
Completely unsatisfied!!!!
Have tried again - and now they are once again "PROCESSING"
Where are the listings I am attempting to post during this very important holiday shopping period? Come on guys. What is going on? Maintenance should be over, yes?

Agree - I have filed a support case with several posts regarding this issue - of course with NO Response. I see you CANNOT Call in Technical Support questions.
Guess I should have paid the .10 Turbo Lister fee for all my auctions.
Seems customer support is NONEXISTENCE. Waiting a day or so for a response in un-acceptable, I will move my business elsewhere!!
Any confirmation would be nice... "we're working on it"...."can't fix it".....
It's the sitting/waiting that is aggravating!!
Guess in the meantime I'll use a secondary listing method - would recommend to all others to start the same - as who knows WHEN/IF EVER we'll get a response on here!!!

Same here help support not answering my mail . im frustrated as well black friday biggest day of ther year help you guys let us know what is going on , listings not posting in time or not posting at all. and i see some other listings are dissapperaing off my ebay .
its just that i spent the whole day trying to learn how to work this website, and I get all this trouble to try and save a few cents.. not very impressed
OK, I finally got a response to my case, here's what Auctiva said: ------------------------------------------

I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to let you know that our site was on maintenance for last few hours, so that we can serve you with our best. During maintenance Auctiva is unable to communicate with eBay and that is why you were not able to make listings. Our site is up and running fine now. I request you to try to make listings now. Normally it takes 4-6 hours for Auctiva to import your active listings from eBay to Auctiva and it is done automatically.
Please let me know if the problem still persists.

If at all possible can you please delay your next scheduled maintenance till AFTER Christmas? This constant maintenance is really an imposition on sellers.

Please wait for a return message of failed or not posted before trying to repost an item, otherwise you may end up with a double listing.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
