Once a listing is posted through Auctiva and is assigned an item number, the listing has been submitted to eBay, and it is entirely in eBay’s hands to index the listing to appear in the appropriate search pages. Since you are currently unable to find your listing on eBay, it must have not been “indexed” yet which, according to eBay, typically can take up to 6 hours.
