eBay still charges insertion fees if listing through Auctiva....HELP

Hi there;

I just want to know if this is correct, I just started listing through Auctiva and realize that eBay will still charge the applicable fees...however, they also charged me an insertion fee for each item that I listed through Auctiva.....hhmmm were does the "FREE" come in to play...Can anyone explain?..

Ebay is always going to get paid no matter what site you use. But here you get free templates and can list as many photos as you want for no extra charge unlike ebay. Also I find it much easier to use Auctiva. Well, usually, I do anyway.

Not to mention the store and widgets (counters/scrolling marquee) and bountiful image storing and hosting. Let's see, hmmm, customer support and upgrades are provided as well, although one might argue the benefits at this particular moment

Auctiva offers many facilities for free, that eBay would charge you for, if you used them

Template / listing designer
Photos, as many as you'll need
Different formats for showing photos
Schedule listing
Store
Scrolling marquee of your items
Inventory management

Our listings look professional, and Auctiva is much easier to use than say, eBay's Turbolister.

I for one am very grateful that Auctiva exists !!
