ebay token - generated - but Auctiva doesn't think so

Just signed up for Auctiva monthly plan. Followed instructions, linked to eBay, signed in there, and generated a token. However, back at my Account page in Auctiva, I still read:

"You do not have an eBay token. All eBay related actions will fail until you generate your eBay token."

Please help, I would like to start using the service!

Hi mir.a,

Based on what you have described, it seems most likely that your attempt to generate a token is failing because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account. If this is the case, you should see an error message indicating that when you click the red number in the "Notifications" section along the top of your account.

In any event, if you are still having trouble generating your token, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
