Same problem here. I've tried closing my account and then reactivating it but still get a token error.

Clicked the link below and it just takes me to the FAQ section but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to actually contact a person!

Please, please can someone change the token on my account so that it works - username for auctiva is Jugglingmum.

Hi Mike, Same here I have been corresponding with Eddie J but the problem is still unfixed.I cannot get a token for nothing in the world on my end for the past 3 days and I depend on this. Please help!

I checked our records and your Auctiva account with username "Jugglingmum" already has a valid token associating it with your eBay account with username "jugglingmum". Since the store window in your listings is associated with this specific Auctiva account, I strongly recommend you continue using this account, rather that any new one you may have created. Good morning Mike My case number is 295016 for one I had so many with the same issue. Ihave done all the internet options, pop up blocker, security tab, thingys but it still sends me a failure message. I think part of my account has not been fullu updated. I already lost listings for last night that I was not able to do and it is looking the same way for the weekend. This problems has been ging on for couple of days now. I appreciate your help.

Hi Mike, I just had the most out of this world experience. I laft the morning without touching auctiva because I have just wasting my time and decided to waste my time trying to learn TL2 from eBay. Well, I came back and went to my account tab to give the token another chance and to my heavenly surprised an ebay id showed up that I had not used inmore then six months and an old email address.
It is obvious someone is trying to fix my problem but it would be nice if my recent emails and requests are read because I gave my full information on how it all should read. I had made all the changes on eBay and here to reflect the same information.
I would love to be able to use auctiva because I just love it. Please help
