This is because you already have an Auctiva account associated with your eBay user ID, which is "ddsandgamesrus".

If you would like to switch and use the new account, we'll have to remove your eBay token associated with "ddsandgamesrus" from our database. If this is the case, please file a support case by using the appropriate link on our help page.

This is getting quite annoying. I emailed customer support and what not & they told me nothing about my problem I am having. Just told me to sign up with another one of their other ebay selling marketing things they have. I would like this resolved or im just going to give up. Things like this shouldn't be this complicated.
