eBay user ID problem

Hello,

I've recently listed my first item under one eBay ID, which is fine, using my Auctiva account. However, when I try to list other items it automatically reverts to a 2nd eBay ID which I intend not to use for selling. Investigating this, my account on Auctiva shows that the 2nd eBay ID is registered with the token on the account so how can it be so that I am currently selling this one item on the 1st eBay ID? Is it possible at all to change the default to the 1st eBay ID on my current Auctiva account?

Hi Ranger,

Sure, just create a new token for your Auctiva account for your 1st eBay account. To do this, please go to Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token.

Hello Mike,

Thanks for your advice. I have tried to get a new token and on the eBay sign-on information I use the eBay ID I want to use for selling, which seems to follow through. However, when I go to Auctiva eBay account settings, it persistently says that my other eBay ID (that I use for buying) is registered. What do you think I'm doing wrong?
