I am getting an error message whenever I try to preview an email template. The message I get tells me "An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues".
And directs me to either of these two sites:

Any ideas as to why I cannot preview the email templates? I just want to make sure that the emails are being sent to my customers.

Glad I'm not the only one. I am a newbie to and love all the free extras Auctica offers. I do however like to send my customers emails regarding their bid, shipping,etc., and this hinders my communication thru Auctiva. I think I will start a trouble file with Auctiva to see if they can help. Thanks for the replies, have a safe and happy new year!
