Okay, this is probably a dumb question but I came from Channel advisor and my email templates were always easy to find. The problem is, I can find them here but do not know how to apply them. Where do I go to actually apply them to the ended auction. For example, I want to be able to check a box beside an ended auction to let the person know that I shipped their item. Is there anywhere to do that? Can I do them all at once or do I have to do them indivually? thanks in advance for any help
