email templates

Okay, this is probably a dumb question but I came from Channel advisor and my email templates were always easy to find. The problem is, I can find them here but do not know how to apply them. Where do I go to actually apply them to the ended auction. For example, I want to be able to check a box beside an ended auction to let the person know that I shipped their item. Is there anywhere to do that? Can I do them all at once or do I have to do them indivually? thanks in advance for any help

Hi,

You can create and apply eMail Templates at the SALES tab (look upper right on the page). The automatic ones are triggered by the corresponding action or result.

I've always had to do the "item has shipped manually". I think I read that eBay is working on an enhancement for this notification.
