I AM WONDERING WHY LISTINGS THAT I ENDED MYSELF ARE NOT SHOWING UP AS ENDED WITH AUCTIVA..THEY STILL SHOW UP ON THE SLIDESHOW. ANYONE KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO?

It takes awhile for it to update, in the meantime you can go to the Store Tab, then edit items, and click the ones you want then hit hidden, they won't show anymore.

Any listings that are made hidden in your Auctiva store will no longer be displyed there, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
When listings are ended early, it can take a while for that status to be confirmed by Auctiva. They will be removed automatically with time though.

How much time? I have some going on a month, and yes I've filed a support case and they are still there.

This problem is resolved. Your closed auctions have been set with the correct status. If you find any which should be closed, but are still showing feel free to send the item number and we will update it.
