This is the second time I have experienced this problem. I get a red failed when trying to upload my pictures. The first time I thought it was my computer and I spent hours trying to fix it. Now it has happened again and I have read this message board and I know it is Auctiva's site not my fault. This is hard to work with when you only have so much time to list. Does anyone have an answer?
Same here! I tried numerous times to upload my images. I tried Live support,it told me 2 people were in front of me & after 15 minutes they told me to open a support claim. It says that they are having problems with images larger than 1mb, well mine are alot smaller than that.It seems like everytime you open a claim, they get back to you with "everything is ok on this end" but then you have no more problems...until next time. Well, enough complaining, hope they fix it.
I was able to upload some pics late last night then a few minutes later I tried to upload some more but I got the error message everyone is getting. All my pics were well under 1mb. I tried to just load one pic that was well under 1MB and I got the same message. I have tried different browsers, & different methods of uploading all day today. I can't get one pic to upload.
I submitted a support ticket this morning but have not heard anything back.
I have never received ANY response to any trouble ticket I've ever opened with Auctiva. (This is my 3rd.)

We are a business, and we do HEAVY listing - we were considering Auctiva for our insurance in August when our contract with our current 3rd party insurer is up, but if this is the kind of response and service we will get with the insurance - I will probably have to think twice or three times before going ahead with that plan.

I realize that this particular service is free. But if the support they offer for the free service is indicative of the support the offer for their paid services - well, maybe I'll have to renew that contract after all.

My biggest fear is that we aren't going to be able to upload anything until they get their server situation sorted out. Which was supposed to be today and will now be sometime next week.

I can't wait that long to post, I'll have to par down my photos and go back to Turbolister, I guess.
